Crossurvive runs structured youth training camps for schools, colleges, NGOs, and youth organisations across Malaysia. Our programs are built for groups of 50 students and above — bringing an entire batch of students through a shared, purposeful growth experience.
Whether it’s an indoor leadership day, an outdoor camping program, or a multi-day residential camp, we create a safe, structured environment where participants develop communication, teamwork, self-leadership, and emotional resilience together — supported by experienced facilitators who manage the full program flow from start to finish.

Safe, Supportive & Built for Real Growth
Schools and organisations trust us with their students because we have the experience, structure, and facilitator capacity to run large-scale programs without cutting corners on safety or quality. Activities are kept age-appropriate, clear expectations are set from the first briefing, and our facilitator-to-participant ratio is adjusted based on group size and activity type.
We use smaller team structures within the larger program, so every student is included. Especially those who are quieter or attending a camp for the first time. Before the program begins, we work closely with the organising school or institution to align on goals, student profiles, and any specific needs — and upon request, we can share a simple post-camp summary so the learning continues after the program ends.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum group size to book a youth camp?
Our youth camp programs are designed for groups of 50 students or more. We work with schools, colleges, NGOs, and youth organisations — all bookings are made by a school or organising body on behalf of their students. We do not accept individual or walk-in registrations.
What age group are your youth camps designed for?
What is a "positive youth development" camp?
What's the difference between youth camping and a youth training camp?
What does the organising school or institution need to prepare?
We manage the full program — facilitation, materials, and on-site flow. From your side, we’ll need a confirmed participant count, preferred dates, venue type, and any specific objectives or student needs (e.g. age range, school goals). We’ll handle the rest and send a full preparation guide before the camp day.
