In today’s turbulent and rapidly changing environment, effective leadership at every level is essential in all organizations. Leadership is not only about creating teamwork and motivating people to strive for excellence, it is also about providing clarity of direction, and a real sense of purpose that pervades the whole organization.
In this course we shall focus on the concepts of leadership and management and consider where the roles of leader and manager overlap. This course is also customized and designed to understand how to have the correct mindset to achieve goals among team members.
Since most human beings utilise only an extremely small fraction of their brain potential, this training will educate the learners* to utilise their brain potential to a fuller extent.
